Came across this really interesting post on Medium and I reckon it's worth a read and share. All of us, irrespective of age or background need to realise that the world of work is vastly different now, much of it unprecedented. The so-called Millennial generation are driving that change and we must all take note, listen to them and most importantly learn from them.
